Can I order goods to other countries or  just in Finland ?

With payment services Klarna and Bambora/Paybyway, You can have your order delivered with  Matkahuolto-service to Finland, Sweden,Åland and Estonia.

With payment service  PAYPAL, Your order is delivered to any country.

Our shop shows all prices including Finnish VAT 14 or 24%. Finland is in EU (European Union country)

When You fill up Your delivery address, the system accustomises the final price/VAT  according to Your country .

Order amount includes basic delivery cost to the post office /nearest possible pick up point estimated automatically by the Mailing company. If You wish to change the pick up point or order home delivery, You can contact Your pick up point and order additional services at Your own cost.

Attention: Our shop prices  do not include Customs duties/ costs to countries outside EU (non EU countries) . If any Customs duties/costs  are to be paid, You pay it to Your country Customs office.

If you need to return goods, You can send them (unused and in original condition) with copy of your order confirmation to our mailing address at Your own cost and responsibility if they get lost. Save always tracking number if You send something to us.

After we have handled Your return, we credit Your original order payment service (minus return handling fee -4,90 eur).

Any additional services You may have paid to other parties (home delivery, customs etc.) that are not paid originally to us, will  of course not be credited by us.
